Leo, A longtime resident of North Reading, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home May 11, 2016.
He is survived by his loving wife Betty Ann Pacholski, step daughter Kimberly Cabral and her husband Steven of North Andover and extended family.
Leo will be remembered as a compassionate and generous person. His talent was appreciated by all who knew him.
After his retirement from Northland Company of Boston, he built his dream workshop where he enjoyed creating and building furniture for many of his friends and family.
He will be sorely missed by all that knew him.
Burial services will be private.

Irene C. Bourne
Irene C. (Turilli) Bourne- 79 , of North Andover and formerly of Dover, Delaware and North Reading, died at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill on Friday, May 6, 2016. She was the loving wife of the late George W. Bourne, III.
Born in Somerville, MA on November 30, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Ferdinando Turilli and Delphina (Tiberii) Turilli. She grew up in and attended school in North Reading and was a graduate of Reading High School as well as Lowell State Teacher’s College. She was a retired elementary school teacher in North Reading, Reading and Dover, Delaware.
Irene has been a resident of North Andover for over 40 years and a member of St. Michael Parish. She was a member of the Red Hats, a local women’s bowling league and a variety of clubs.
Irene had a passion for learning and a desire to teach and educate. She had a strong love for family and friends and a powerful devotion to her Italian Heritage as well as a joy for cooking and baking. Her many interests and hobbies included painting, reading, bowling, speaking Italian, Zumba and spending time with family.
Family members include her loving son, George W. Bourne, IV and his wife Cynthia of Boston; her daughter, Cathy O’Neill and her husband Sean of West Peabody; sisters, Josephine Doherty of North Reading, Rose Babine of Andover, Anna Mercuri of Chelmsford, and Mary Turilli of Stoneham; grandchildren, Jessica and Jillian Bourne, and Nicole, Julia and Leah O’Neill and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Croswell Funeral Home, 19 Bow Street, North Reading on Wednesday, May 11, at 9 AM, followed by a 10:30 AM Funeral Mass at St. Theresa’s Church, 63 Winter Street (Rt.62), North Reading. Visiting Hours will be on Tuesday, May 10 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in North Reading. Ronald H. White, Jr.
Ronald H. White, Jr.- 49 of Revere and formerly of North Reading died unexpectedly at his home Saturday April 30.
He was born in Winchester, MA on February 25, 1967. He was raised and attended school in North Reading and was a graduate of North Reading High School, Class of 1985. Ronnie was also a graduate of Boston University, Class of 1989.
Ronnie worked as a cook at Kitty’s Restaurant for many years. He had a great sense of humor. He loved the beach, he loved traveling and he traveled as far as Spain and Australia. Ronnie loved music, dancing and Madonna. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Ronnie always loved to laugh and have a good time. He loved to write stories and also studied acting.
Family members include his loving mother, Rita A. (DeMonico) White of North Reading and his late father, Ronald H. White, Sr.; loving sisters, Debra Birkmaier and her fiancé, Dan Brosseau and Jill Weir and her husband Jonathan, all of North Reading; nieces, Sacha Cote and her husband Aaron of North Andover and Alicia Christopher and her husband Paul of Saugus; nephew, Jonathan Weir, Jr. of Cambridge; great niece, Emma Cote and great nephews, Dylan Cote and Niko Christopher.
His funeral will be held from the Croswell Funeral Home, 19 Bow Street, North Reading on Friday, May 6 at 8:45 AM, followed by a 10:00 AM Funeral Mass at St. Theresa’s Church, 63 Winter Street (Rt. 62), North Reading. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, May 5, from 4 to 8 PM. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in North Reading. Thomas G. Carbone
Thomas G. Carbone – 31, of North Reading, died unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, April 24, 2016.
Born in Melrose, MA on February 2, 1985. Tom attended North Reading Schools and was a lifelong resident. He worked for Paramont Movers in Woburn. He had a heart of Gold and he would help anybody out, on the drop of a dime. He loved his family and friends.
Tom was a very good candlepin bowler and he loved riding dirt bikes and quads. He enjoyed camping up the White Mountains, baseball, fishing and having a good time with family and friends. Tom was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose in North Reading and he was born on Ground Hog Day.
Family members include his loving parents, Stephen L. “Jabone” Carbone and Kathleen “Katie” (O’Dea) Carbone; his brother, Phillip Everett Carbone, all of North Reading; his Goddaughter, Lylah Rose and his little buddy James Cheney; he is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; he was the grandson of the late Phil and Ann Denbow, Everett L. Carbone and Tom and Sue O’Dea.
A Celebration of his Life will be held at the North Reading Moose Hall, 140 North Street in North Reading, on Sunday, June 26 from 2 to 6 PM. Foster E. Hallett
Foster E. Hallett – 77, of North Reading, formerly of Everett, died at his home on Saturday, April 23, 2016.
Born in Revere, MA on January 9, 1939. He was the son of the late Ross C. Hallett and Alma L. (Colby) Hallett. Foster was raised in Everett and was a graduate of Everett Vocational High School. Foster was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict, he served from 1956 to 1960.
He was a mechanic for Transitron Electronics, General Tire, American Power Devices,
