  1. Janet and family. Very sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. Bill & Marilyn

  2. Janet, Ken, Dick and the entire family,

I’m saddened to hear of your loss. I know it wasn’t easy for him towards the latter part of his life and Janet kept true to her word to give him peace in his own home. A wonderful tribute to both Clem and Warren.
I’m still telling his jokes. He was really funny. He told me years back that he taught me everything I know. He was probably right!
    God Bless,

    Peter Cote

  3. Warren will be sorely missed in the Chestnut Village neighborhood. He always had a smile and a kind word when seen on his walks or on the bench in front of the house. May he rest in peace.

  4. Our deepest sympathies and condolences. We loved having your father and mother as neighbors. Jack, Jason and I will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you <3

  5. I knew the Schaefers’ from their neighborhood walks. He told me to remember his name from Schaefer Beer, which I’ve never heard of, but I remembered anyways because it was funny & unique. Not sure who will see this, but just wanted to say the pair brightened our neighborhood and will be missed.

  6. I worked with Warren at GE. He was not only a fine engineer, but a lot of fun to work with.

  7. Warren was such a wonderful neighbor. Years ago when we would regularly walk our dog around the neighborhood, I would love to stop by and talk to Warren and Clem. Warren was a wealth of knowledge about so many things – whether it was the history of Chestnut Village or mechanical engineering – and he was such a good story teller that I loved listening to him talk. He will be missed.

  8. Warren, Clem, and the Kenney’s were the first people we met when we moved into Chestnut Village 23 years ago. These dear friends were always walking together. In the morning, Warren and Clem were often outside at the bus stop when my kids were young, and I even have a pic of Warren with the kids on the first day of school. Loved them both dearly. They were the matriarch and patriarch of the Village. I feel blessed to have known them and had them in my life for so long. They live on in the wisdom (and seeds) they shared.
